Terms and Conditions

  1. All pictures shall remain the property of and copyrighted by Jeff Thomas and AggPBpics.com.  You, the customer, may use the pictures exclusively as stated below:
    1. You are free to use them for prints and on the web as much as you wish.
    2. You are not allowed to sell them or submit them for free to magazines or other publications without additional written permission from Jeff Thomas and AggPBpics.com.  Additional fees may apply.
    3. You may send pictures to your sponsors but they have the same restrictions you do, they may not use them in ads or for publication without written permission from Jeff Thomas and AggPBpics.
    4. You may copy and distribute the images to others for their personnel use.
  2. Penalties for violation of our copyright and these terms can result in the customer being responsible to purchase the copyrights to all of the pictures in your package at the normal fee of $10 per image.
  3. AggPBpics reserves the right to choose which games and/or matches are photographed. AggPBpics will have no obligation to cover more games or matches than needed to fulfill the order.
  4. I may submit pictures in your package to magazines and/or use them on our AggPBpics.com.
  5. Your pictures will be uploaded to a individual gallery for your team. You will be able to download them in two sizes (1MP and 4MP), free of watermarks. You may choose to download and have prints made from your local lab or order online from AggPBpics at a discounted rate. If you desire, you can order a disk with all your package pictures. A small processing and shipping fee will apply.
  6. Your pictures will be put on our online photo gallery with your team's name. This gallery will, by default, be accessible to all visitors to view and download. You may request that your gallery be password protected and/or right click protected (limits downloads).
  7. We will put a link to your teams web site on the Links Page of AggPBpics.com. The web site we link to must be paintball related.
  8. All orders are considered pending until paid. All packages must be paid in full before the photographer will take your pictures. If paying by check, your order will not be shipped until your check has cleared. If paying at the event, only cash or check will be accepted. To pay with Pay Pal or by Credit Card you must prepaid. There is a $25 service fee for any returned checks. All checks must be made payable to Jeff Thomas.
  9. All prices are subject to change without notice. Pending orders within thirty (30) days of the event and orders paid in full, are not subject to price increases.
  10. AggPBpics will make every attempt to fill each order with high quality pictures.  AggPBpics will attempt, but cannot guarantee that they can get pictures of each player on a team, nor can AggPBpics guarantee or promise that a photographer can be on the field each time you play.  Furthermore, there may be several reasons that limit opportunities for action pictures.  The reason may include but not be limited to:
    1. Extremely short games
    2. Schedule conflicts
    3. Weather
    4. Equipment malfunctions
    5. Forfeited games

In the rare event that AggPBpics cannot fulfill your order for, but not limited to, any of the reasons listed above, arrangements will be made to refund part or all of your fee and/or credit for the next event.
